Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager); entry information cannot be sent until agreements are signed.
Property Access
- Entry information will be provided after signing the required agreements (see above).
Policies and Rules
- Seven-night minimum for all reservations.
- No pets are allowed in this home.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. The primary guest must be the person signing the agreement and must stay at the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking should be left outside the home.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
Fees and Payments
- CANCELLATION POLICY: STRICT: Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the dates are rebooked to another traveler.
Parking and Vehicle Requirements
- Free parking is available.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- The home provides towels and bed linens.
- A hair dryer is provided.
- The kitchen offers cooking basics, utensils, a dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, and ice-maker.
- High-speed internet is available.
- Clothes washing machine and clothes dryer are provided.
- There is a balcony (outdoor space).
- There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
Safety and Emergency Information
- The home is equipped with a smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector.
- For guest and staff safety, the property follows CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting, using EPA-approved disinfectants. Linens, towels, and bedsheets are washed per manufacturer guidelines. Disinfectant supplies are stocked for guest use.
